These terms apply to quotes and work provided by Wayne Whitehair, Specialist Decorator.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free, written, and based on a survey of the work. They are valid for 30 days. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are found once work begins; any change is agreed with you first.

Bookings and payment

Booking is confirmed with an agreed start date. Payment is by bank transfer or cash. On larger jobs, payment may be split into start and completion stages, as set out in your written quote.

Guarantee

Workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee against defects in preparation or application. Paint manufacturers stand behind their products separately.

Liability

I am fully insured, with public liability cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
